Job Description
DTCC is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead and plan the benefits activities, manage employee programs, and ensure compliance with local laws. The benefits manager will be responsible for implementing and tracking various benefits programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a people manager
- Strong experience in project management and global initiatives
- Strong experience in managing HR Operations
