Data Management Associate

Join DTCC as a Data Management Associate and be part of the Data Management Center of Excellence, supporting the leadership team in establishing, maturing, and scaling the CoE, and driving the implementation of industry-leading data management practices. This role requires a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, own and drive projects, and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks. As a member of the team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Solid grasp of data management processes and standard methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required; experience with data management tools (e.g. Collibra), and business process tools (e.g. Mega HOPEX) preferred
• Basic technical Skills required, such as the ability to profile data using SQL queries; basic understanding of Logical Data Modeling and Database design is a plus
