Job Description
DTCC is seeking a Digital Assets Strategy and Market Solutions Director to lead strategic product initiatives. This role will focus on innovating next-generation capabilities within the financial markets, collaborating with internal and external partners, and driving integration of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a combination of digital asset product strategy, technical fluency, and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in product management, strategy, or innovation roles within financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with tokenization, digital infrastructure, or emerging financial technologies.
- Experience in platform strategy or ecosystem development.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and collaborator management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with key partners.
