Associate Director - Insights & Innovation Product Manager

DTCC is seeking an Associate Director - Insights & Innovation Product Manager to shape and execute strategic initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across the Asset Services domain. The role focuses on leveraging data and emerging technologies to build foundational capabilities, enhance client value, and support DTCC's broader strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in strategy, product development, or data-driven roles within financial services or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and SQL
• Foundational understanding of reference data in Asset Services
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms and their application in financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Track record of leadership of a small, versatile team with an eye towards expansion
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with limited direction
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable “opening and closing doors” to build momentum and overcome obstacles
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, M365 Copilot (including agents), Excel and Snowflake
• Demonstrate strong leadership by inspiring others and developing talent
