Job Description
Science 37 is a company accelerating clinical research through universal trial access and patient recruitment. They focus on building strong relationships and strategic business plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. The Associate Director, Strategic Solutions will be responsible for identifying and securing new business, driving results, and managing cross-functional relationships.
Requirements
- BS degree or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years Business Development experience in B2B sales
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- Demonstrated high degree of leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Expertise in creating and executing solutions
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Excellent strategic business/industry awareness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to results and a strong work ethic
- 50% travel time
- MS Office Suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
