Job Description
DTCC is seeking a Lead Software Development Test Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on API/XML testing and Selenium with Java. The role will involve leading a team of test engineers, developing automated testing solutions, and ensuring the functionality of solutions and design specifications are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Hands on experience in API/XML Testing and Selenium with Java
- Extensive experience with testing modern scripting language-based components
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Experience with JIRA, Microfocus ALM, Bitbucket, Git, and Jenkins
- Experience with front-end & backend testing using Java and Selenium
- In-depth knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle
- Detailed understanding of smoke testing, black-box and non-blackbox testing, as well as regression testing
