Requirements
- 6+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Proven success sourcing and hiring across Cloud, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Digital Technology domains
- Strong understanding of modern technologies, engineering frameworks, and cloud architecture concepts
- Experience recruiting for highly specialized or hard-to-fill roles
- Skilled in strategic sourcing techniques
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, technical stakeholders, and HR partners
- Experience working with ATS platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and agile environment
