We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team at DTCC. As a steward of our greatest asset - our people, you will develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to engage premier passive talent for critical roles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sourcing experience within an agency or corporate setting (preferably with a focus on Accounting/Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources or Legal)
- Strong research and sourcing skills, including use of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar
- Familiarity with talent intelligence platforms and market mapping techniques such as LinkedIn Insights or Talent Neuron
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital sourcing tools
- Passion for emerging technologies and a curiosity-driven approach to talent discovery
