Job Description
DTN is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle within a SaaS revenue environment.
Requirements
- Experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably within a subscription-based revenue model.
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Exposure to the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order).
- Experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Nue, DealHub, Apttus, Conga, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
