DTN is seeking an experienced Customer Implementation Specialist to join their Professional Services team and execute the successful deployment of their enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions for global customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and master new platforms and technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and validation
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex customer requirements
- Project management experience, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution is a plus
- Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment with project managers, architects, users, and other stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Customer-centric mindset, passionate about delivering value and enhancing the customer experience
- Willing to work night shift
