Técnico de instalación y soporte

DTN is seeking a Technical Installation and Support Technician to join its maintenance and support group in the Canary Islands. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in electronics, electricity, communications, and automation, with operational skills for direct intervention in distributed equipment across national territory and under airport environments. The selected person will also collaborate in the preparation of technical reports, functional tests, and documentation processes.

Requirements

• Education: Superior Technician in Electronics, Electricity, Automation, Telecommunications or similar
• Experience: At least 1-2 years in technical maintenance of electronic systems, preferably in the field
• Prior experience in meteorological systems will be valued
• Technical knowledge: Analog and digital electronics, interpretation of schemes and plans
• Communication protocols and networks (Ethernet, VPN, RS-232/485, TCP/IP)
• Low voltage electricity, electrical regulation and protective elements
• Instrumentation: wind sensors, temperature, humidity
• Diagnosis tools, multimeters, recorders, maintenance software
• B-type driving license
• Availability for local and national displacements
• Technical level of English (written and documentation)
• Time management skills and autonomous work
• Experience in airport or industrial environment
• Knowledge in GMAO (Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management) systems
• Networks and communications, communication protocols, basic network configuration, local networks, VPNs, remote offices
• Electrician installer license
• Management of tools like AutoCAD, Visio or SCADA software
• Fluent English: spoken, written and read
