The Micro medical devices and hardware hacking-based technology (MIDAS) group at DTU Health Tech is seeking a talented and highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our groundbreaking ATHENA project.
Requirements
- A PhD in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, physics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, C++, and Python, with experience in real-time control systems
- Expertise in signal processing and electronic circuit design for precision instruments
- Experience with microscopy systems, particularly atomic force microscopy (AFM), is highly desirable
- Knowledge of biomedical applications and medical device development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of an international, multidisciplinary team
- A track record of successful project completion and scientific publication
- Experience with dermatological research or skin imaging would be an advantage but is not required
