Postdoc in Quantum Emitter Fabrication in 2D Materials - DTU Physics

This position offers an opportunity to work on quantum photonics in 2D materials at DTU Physics, with a focus on fabricating and characterising single-photon emitters and spin defects in hexagonal boron nitride and related 2D materials.

Requirements

• Hands-on cleanroom experience with plasma processing (ICP/RIE), EBL, and/or FIB
• Experience fabricating or characterising emitters in wide-bandgap semiconductors or 2D materials (hBN, TMDCs)
• Familiarity with confocal microscopy, single-photon detection, and photon statistics measurements
• Experience with wet and dry transfer of 2D materials is required
• A publication record commensurate with career stage in high-quality journals
