Job Description
Dubizzle Egypt is a leading marketplace for selling and buying online in the region. As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our General Counsel to handle all complex legal matters and projects, ensuring the legality of commercial transactions and advising our company on legal rights and duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent certification and training at an international law firm or multi-national company.
- Bar Association Membership.
- At least 5 to 8 years of similar experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws).
