As a Sales Account Manager, your purpose is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, managing clients' expectations, and ensuring they receive a great Bayut experience. You will communicate effectively, achieve monthly targets, become an expert on the Egyptian Real Estate market, and increase our market share by selling our products to new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales or related field
- Excellent in English Communication written and speak
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Has a successful record in exceeding or achieving the assigned targets consistently
- Experience in farming and cold calls
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt
- Knowledge of the Subscription industry
- Familiar with tech, ecommerce
- Familiar with Prop tech, Market place, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Excellent in prospecting, cold calls and generating leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and presentation skills
- Excellent in converting lead into paying customer
- Positive/Flexible/Presentable/Committed
- Eager for success
