Job Description
Ducera Partners is seeking an Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions in New York. The successful candidate will be involved in the development, structuring and financing of complex transactions and will work on buy- and sell-side advisory, fairness opinions and special committee representation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions
- Completion of a profile on Suited to further assist in an evaluation of your candidacy
Benefits
- Annualized base salary range: $200,000 – $250,000
