Job Description
Viera Builders, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Architectural Drafter to create construction documents for new residential construction and assist in marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in design, construction, and drafting, and 5+ years of experience in architecture or structural engineering.
Requirements
- Develop production construction documents for new master models
- Maintain and update of current master models
- Review Master and Lot Specific Truss Engineering for accuracy and consistency
- Produce Lot Specific plans for submittal to permitting
- Assist in marketing brochures for sales and design
- Ensure designated community or series bid sets are up to date and accurate according to information available at that time
