Job Description
Duetti is seeking a Member of the Capital Markets team to support all aspects of capital markets operations, investor relations, and capital deployment strategy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, a strong strategic thinker, and detail-oriented.
Requirements
- Maintain compliance and reporting for all credit facilities, including borrowing base calculations, collateral reporting, covenant monitoring, and related lender communications.
- Support the structuring, modeling, negotiation, and execution of warehouse lines, term debt, securitizations, refinancing, and other capital needs.
- Assist in the creation of investor materials including quarterly updates, fundraising decks, market commentary, maintaining data rooms, and analysis of portfolio performance.
- Assist in managing capital efficiency for the company by monitoring pipeline, cash and capital capacity.
- Preparing funding requests.
- Work with the wider Finance, Underwriting, Engineering, Legal and Management teams to improve scalability and consistency of operations.
