Sourcing Manager

Duetti is a music platform that provides a wide range of artists with quick and easy access to catalog sales and unlocks new investment opportunities. As a Sourcing Manager, you will negotiate, sign, and close catalog acquisition deals with artists, songwriters, and other music creators. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing Duetti’s acquisition strategy and have a direct impact on the lives of hundreds of music creators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or other relevant finance or professional services role
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and manipulate complex and unstructured data
• An understanding of the music industry, and an ability to interpret and navigate complex deal structures fluidly
• Experience in opportunity and risk assessment, with an ability to make informed decisions during negotiations and diligence
• Ability to quickly interpret and synthesize legal agreements
• Proven attention to detail, strong work ethic and enthusiasm for working in an early stage start-up environment that requires “self starters” and problem solvers
• A love for music and culture, and a desire to be at the forefront of new business models for artists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams and music creators
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or related field
