Job Description
We are expanding our customer service team and are looking for a customer service representative to join our team. As a front-line ambassador for Ashley, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for every customer.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
