CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Join the Ashley Family as a Customer Service Representative and deliver exceptional customer service, creating positive experiences for every customer. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and supports store operations with various office functions.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
• Maintain reliable attendance
• Thrive in a team environment
