CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Customer Service Representative role is the front-line ambassador for Ashley, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for every customer. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing administrative support to store operations while assisting with various office functions.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
