Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for every customer, serving as the first point of contact for customers, and providing administrative support to store operations while assisting with various office functions.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
