Job Description
Join the Ashley Family as a Retail Sales Associate and transform store guests into loyal customers. Earn a minimum of $22,880 per year, with potential for up to $300,000 in commission and other earnings.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 Ibs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
