RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley, you will transform store guests into loyal customers, providing outstanding service and delighting our guests. You will be responsible for guiding customers, processing sales orders, and meeting sales goals while maintaining a welcoming and professional presence.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 Ibs with or without accommodation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain reliable attendance
