The Retail Stock Hourly Manager supervises stock operations during assigned shifts, ensuring accurate receiving, efficient replenishment, and adherence to safety, security, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Supervise stock associates during assigned shifts; assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely execution of receiving, stocking, and inventory procedures.
• Coordinate incoming freight—receiving, counting, and processing deliveries; document and report shortages, overages, and damages within required timeframes.
• Manage floor replenishment to maintain in-stock levels; partner with sales teams to identify outs and prioritize restocking by business need and planogram/merchandising standards.
