The Stock Hourly Manager is responsible for supervising stock operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and adhering to operational standards. This role requires leadership abilities, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Supervises stock associates during assigned shifts
- Ensures proper execution of receiving, stocking, and inventory management procedures
- Coordinates incoming freight operations
- Assigns work tasks and priorities to stock team members
- Manages stock replenishment activities
- Oversees organization and processing of merchandise returns
- Utilizes inventory management systems to track stock levels
- Maintains clean, organized, and safe stock areas
