Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients, serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions. Provides high-quality service to customers and associates at all times.

Requirements

• Greet customers and take food orders
• Follow recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
• Collect payments and operate cash registers
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and deal with intoxicated guests
• Follow customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies and procedures
• Ensure a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
