Procurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist is responsible for materials procurement in support of Regulated and Renewable Energy, Transmission, and/or Customer Delivery business units, ensuring most advantageous pricing and terms while meeting customer's require dates. Employees will manage the procurement of goods, promote sustainable cost savings and inventory reduction, and develop and improve supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years related work experience OR Associate's degree + 4 years related work experience OR HS/GED + 6 years related work experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Maximo experience
• Supply Chain related work experience
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, business acumen & customer service skills
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and proven desire to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage a robust workload
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate advanced planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
