This Sr Construction Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of Power Grid Operations (PGO) construction, maintenance, and restoration activities. The role will have field construction accountability and will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer and company project goals are met.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience and an Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management or Other Related Degree.
- Seven (7) years of experience and High school Diploma/GED.
- Valid driverās license.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Resource/Work Management principles.
- Working knowledge of workforce resourcing and contract administration.
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
- General understanding of budgeting practices and charging guidelines.
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office products and familiarity with retrieving all applicable corporate information.
