Nurse Navigator - Med Surg

The Nurse Navigator is a professional RN who offers individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers to expedite and coordinate care. The role assumes responsibility for the coordination of patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• BSN degree required
• Three years of experience in specialty specific nursing in a hospital, clinic, or community setting
• Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
• BLS certification required
