We are Dulcedo, a full-service talent management agency dedicated to building lasting brands around our creators. We're looking for a Digital Talent Agent to identify and sign exceptional talents in the influencer space, act as a trusted advisor, and consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue KPIs.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of B2B prospecting and sales experience
- Experience in negotiating and facilitating the influencer marketing process
- Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors
- Strong awareness of the industry landscape
- Solid understanding of social media tools and analytics
