Job Description
As a calculator or cost expert at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Utrecht, you will determine and direct direct costs of projects, from initiative phase to contract award. You will work closely with the project manager, design leader, and company bureau to prepare joint risk analyses and make indicative budget forecasts.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO diploma in building construction
- Experience in forming prices within stacked housing or utility construction projects
- Professional, analytical and client-focused attitude
- Well-structured and clear way of working
- Affinity with new developments and technologies, such as 3D and virtual reality, and consider BIM as the future for construction
