Dura Vermeer Bouw and Vastgoed Den Bosch is looking for a part-time calculator to work on new-build projects in housing and utility construction. The ideal candidate is sharp with numbers, eager to take on complex tasks, and can bring clarity and insight to the projects. As a calculator, you will work on projects in North Brabant, Zeeland, and Limburg, and collaborate with a team of project managers, design managers, and corporate office members.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO diploma in civil engineering
- Experience in forming prices within (stacked) housing or utility construction projects
- Ability to follow various courses or training courses through the company
- Experience with new-build projects is a plus
- Professional, analytical, and client-oriented attitude
- Well-structured and clear way of working
- Affinity with new developments and technologies such as 3D and virtual reality, and see BIM as the future for the construction industry
