Calculator industriële woningbouw

We are looking for a Calculator to join our national housing concepts team at Dura Vermeer. As a Calculator, you will be responsible for determining and monitoring the construction costs of our housing concepts, analyzing market developments, and working closely with colleagues to test technical choices on financial feasibility.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Building, Building Technical Business Administration or comparable
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role within the housing or construction industry
• Experience with calculation software (such as IBIS-TRAD or BouwCalc) and affinity with BIM is a plus
