Cost Price Specialist for Infrastructure responsible for estimating costs and leading the entire process of standalone bids, ensuring that projects are properly calculated from initial assessment to final bid. Works primarily from the office with hybrid option. Responsible for translating specifications, drawings, and Information Notes into reliable quantities and cost elements, setting up estimates and bid budgets, and providing substantive input for EMVI/plan of approach.

Requirements

• Hbo work/denkniveau (e.g. Civil Engineering) and > 5 years of experience in and within infrastructure
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of RAW, UAV-GC, building team, and a sense of market prices, logistics, and feasibility
• Analytically strong, plan-oriented, careful; communicates smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with calculation tools such as Metacom, Office 365, and Excel; interested in data/AI support in tenders is an advantage
