The successful candidate will have a completed HBO/WO education and 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable position, with a strong network in the southern Netherlands and commercial acumen, creativity, and a connecting work style.
Requirements
- Completed HBO/WO education (Building, Architecture, Technical Business Administration, Real Estate & Brokerage, Planning, Spatial Planning, a commercial or similar education)
- 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable position (e.g. development manager or concept developer)
- Commercial acumen, creativity, and a connecting work style
- Affinity with sustainability, innovation, and integrated area development
