Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the Gas, Energy, and Nuclear business/industry sectors.

Requirements

• Master of Science or Master in Industrial Sciences degree
• Over 10 years of experience in energy and industrial sectors
• Business Acumen
• Ability to understand clients' requirements and drive business proposals
• Proven skill in business development and networking
• Communication Skills
• Ability to synthesize complex topics, train presenters, and engage C-level audiences with compelling presentations
• Autonomous & Resilient
• Ability to work with wide autonomy (monthly reporting), manage multiple priorities, and remain effective under tight deadlines
• Stakeholder and Client relationship management
• Market analysis
• Strategic planning
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM and business management tools
• Fluent Dutch with bilingual proficiency in English required
• Proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a multicultural team
