Business Development Manager Industrial (m/w/d)

The Business Development Manager Industrial role involves identifying, developing, and implementing new business opportunities in target markets. Responsibilities include driving technical customer projects, managing interfaces, building customer relationships, conducting analyses, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at trade fairs.

Requirements

• Successfully completed business or technical studies or a comparable qualification
• Long-standing sales experience with a "hunter" mindset and closing strength
• Existing network in the Heating Systems, District Heating & Piping, Building Components or Home & Professional Appliances industries
• Knowledge in the field of insulation and energy efficiency in the industries
• Experience in the technical sales process from the development phase to series maturity
• Experience in project management
• Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and negotiation skills
• A high degree of commitment, willingness to work and flexibility
• Fluent German and English in written and spoken form
• Travel readiness
