Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree in electrical engineering, installation technology, or a comparable field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a project leader within the electrical installation sector
• Experience in managing project teams in multidisciplinary environments, motivating people, and creating a positive work atmosphere
