Job Description
We are looking for a Project Leader with well-developed leadership skills and experience in large-scale housing construction projects. As a project leader, you will be responsible for the organization and realization of one or several large-scale housing construction projects. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and lead a professional project team.
Requirements
- At least a HBO diploma in the field of civil engineering, built environment, (construction) business management, or similar
- Work experience with large-scale renovation projects in the housing industry, of at least 4 years as a project leader
- Good communication skills and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of building knowledge
- Experience with innovations in the construction industry, such as LEAN, UAV-GC, BIM, chain cooperation, and/or D&C contracts
