Job Description
As a Project Manager for Preparation at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Rotterdam, you will work on leading construction projects that determine the future of urban living. The role involves leading the internal and external preparation team, monitoring progress, and implementing and optimizing technical solutions with safety, quality, and sustainability at the forefront.
Requirements
- HBO or WO education in Civil Engineering
- Up-to-date knowledge in project management
- Experience as a civil engineer project manager in new construction, preferably in apartment building and complex projects
- Ability to manage and optimize multiple percentages simultaneously
- Affinity with sustainability, digital & innovative building
- Strong in stakeholder management and work well with clients, architects, and consultants
