As a Project Developer, you will work on realizing real estate and area developments with a focus on housing, investigating opportunities in the market, developing plans that add value, and ensuring a smooth execution.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Building, Real Estate, Real Estate & Brokerage, Planning, or Technical Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate or area development in housing
- Knowledge of spatial planning processes and experience with guiding permit applications
- A relevant network in South Netherlands (North Brabant and (North-)Limburg) is a plus
- Process-oriented sharpness, creativity, and a connecting work style
- Affinity with sustainability, innovation, and integral area development
