As a project leader for social real estate at SRO, you will work on buildings with a clear meaning for residents and users, guiding projects from initiative to delivery and monitoring the entire process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management (PRINCE2 and/or IPMA is a plus)
- 7 to 10 years of work experience, with at least 3 to 5 years as a project leader
- Experience in guiding projects from initiative to delivery
- Proven experience in managing design and project teams: from initiative to delivery
- Honest, considerate, and creative
- Ability to track complex projects with multiple stakeholders and public interests
