As a Preparation Coordinator, you will be involved in renovation and transformation projects, working closely with the project team, and responsible for preparing procurement, monitoring financial progress, and translating input into a coherent whole in BIM.

Requirements

• A completed MBO or HBO education, for example in the direction of Construction, Built Environment or a similar technical education.
• 2+ years of work experience as a preparation coordinator (or a comparable function).
• Strong in planning and organizing, but also switch easily to ad-hoc work.
• Experience with BIM programs such as Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
