We are looking for a Housing Construction Preparer to join our team at Dura Vermeer Bouw Midden West in Amsterdam. As a preparer, you will support the project leader and ensure that all technical, financial, and planning-related components fit seamlessly together. You will work with modern techniques such as BIM and collaborate with a team of driven colleagues from various disciplines.

Requirements

• Completed mbo 4 or hbo degree in Building Engineering
• At least 2 years of work experience as a preparer or BIM engineer within the utility or housing construction
• Experience with Autodesk software
