PS P&E - Automation Controls Engineer

Duracell is seeking an Automation Controls Engineer to work with power, controls, and information systems to improve products and manufacturing systems. The engineer will implement and support various machine control systems, design power distribution systems, and partner with plant technicians and engineers to deliver control systems upgrades.

Requirements

• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, Servo and VFD Drives and advanced sensor technologies
• Experience defining and writing requirements for automation solutions
• Visions systems, robotic systems, and SCADA systems knowledge and experience are a plus, including ML/AI
• Analytical skills, sound judgement, and ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to coach and teach new and challenging tasks
