Security Supervisor - Santa Fe

Supervise, plan and schedule security activities for the Security Shift Supervisors. Train, inspect and evaluate Security Officers for alertness, appearance and proper performance while on duty. Respond to non-routine incidents in a supervisory capacity.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Preferred four (4) years' experience in casino security or the law enforcement field.
• Preferred one (1) year experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to plan, organize work and train Security Officers in the performance of their duties.
• Ability to understand management's goals and objectives.
• Advanced computer skills and working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to carry a firearm and have the appropriate firearm registered with local law enforcement agency.
