Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading and directing maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with regulations and company practices, and managing projects to reduce unplanned downtime.
Requirements
- Senior Maintenance Tech knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated understanding of maintenance productivity and budget metrics
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Proven project management skills and experience
- Good organizational skills, analytical ability, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate to all levels of the organization
- Ability to balance use of internal and 3rd party resources to accomplish objectives
- Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and other enterprise software for purchasing and Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Previous experience with heavy industrial plant maintenance including hydraulics, pumps, electrical and PLC's
