Board of Directors

The Durham Community Health Centre is seeking individuals with strong governance experience to join its Board of Directors. The role requires a time commitment of at least 5 hours per month and involves participating in monthly board and committee meetings, as well as agency events. The position is unpaid and requires a passion for making an impact in the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must not have the status of an undischarged bankrupt
• Must not have been found incapable of managing property under the Substitute Decision Act, 1992 or the Health Care Consent Act, 1996
• Must not have been found incapable by any court in Canada or elsewhere
